Role Overview
Meytier is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Manager to support the growth of our client base and revenue. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping organizations transform their hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present Meytier’s talent platform and solutions to HR leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred.
