For candidates, we provide support, advice, and handhold them throughout the job search process. Job searching at mid-senior levels is hard and very networking-driven. Jobs at this level often aren’t posted online (or, when they are, are done so after a candidate has been found). Yet, most candidates at mid-senior levels aren’t senior enough to be tapped on the shoulder by executive search firms. Thus, the jobs you have access to depend on the connections you have. We think of ourselves as providing that connection for candidates. Clients trust us to find talent for their roles that they might have missed themselves.
We specialize in full-time mid-senior level jobs across corporate functions. It varies depending on the company, but this usually means a minimum of 5-7 years of experience all the way up to executive roles. We have roles in technology, sales and go-to-market, finance, marketing, product, operations, human resources, and more. We work with a wide range of companies, from startups to Fortune 500s in Financial Services, Professional / Technology Services, CPG, and more. Every job application is analyzed and reviewed by our recruitment team to assess if you meet the required job specifications. Shortlisted candidates are notified via email/phone (so make sure you have provided us with updated contact info!) and we guide you through the process of the job search. If you haven’t been selected to move forward, we’ll reach out and let you know. We won’t leave you hanging. You can always ask us for feedback on your application or help throughout your job search process- we’re here to help! If you’d like to talk to a Meytier coach before applying- that’s great too! We use your job search preferences to decide what jobs are relevant to your career goals. To update your job search preferences- log into your Meytier account, hit “My Account” on the top right corner, go to your dashboard and select “edit” next to “Your Job Search Preferences”. Or, go to “Account Settings” and select “Edit” next to your name to edit your preferences down below.
Yes! All of our listings are dated and promptly removed when the position is filled or no longer accepting new applications. Any job you see on Meytier is still active.
Go to your Dashboard (click “My Account” on the top right of the screen, and select “Dashboard”) and click “Your Applied Jobs” under “Optimize”. If you ever have any questions about your application, you can reach out to your Meytier Champion via email. If you haven’t been connected with a Meytier champion yet, just shoot us a message on Contact Us and we’ll reach out.
Absolutely! You can save up to four versions of your resume on your profile. When applying for a job, use the Upload New Resume feature on the Apply Now screen. We’ll save the new version of your resume to your profile for you along with the job application using the uploaded date/time.
You can include a cover letter with every job application if you want to, just add it to your resume when you apply to a job. It is totally optional unless a job description indicates otherwise.
Resumes should be in doc, docx or PDF format. Size should not exceed 10 MB.
When logged into your Meytier Account, hit “My Account” in the top right corner and scroll down to “Account Settings”. From there, you can edit your notifications preferences in “Notifications & Alerts” at the bottom of the page.

Meytier is disrupting the search agency model with our new subscription-based solutions. The subscription is priced at a flat rate depending on monthly job volume (starting at five jobs per month). For each job sent to us, Meytier guarantees a curated candidate slate of at least 3+ qualified, vetted, and interested candidates. These candidates are yours to hire, now or in the future, at no extra cost. The Meytier subscription model breaks even at just 4 hires per year.
If your hiring volumes aren’t high enough for a monthly subscription, we also offer Subscription LITE, which begins at 5 jobs per quarter.

If you’ve subscribed to Meytier and your demand suddenly changes, the subscription spend can be redirected to co-branded events, marketing campaigns, career development events for your internal teams, and more. Depending on the situation, if you’re in a complete pause, we will honor these credits at a different date.
Unused jobs in the Meytier subscription expire every quarter. There is no limit to how long we will support a job, if you are still looking for new candidates or want support from Meytier, it can continue to be in your subscription. It will, however, count as one of your current jobs.
Yes! If you have C-level or C-1 roles that you need help with, we can support you on those. Our subscription covers roles up to C-2, but if you’re hoping to hire a large amount of senior leaders this year (say, starting a company or entering a new location), we can let you know if you qualify for adjusted subscription pricing to lower costs. Otherwise, these jobs are supported in an agency-like model.

Companies work with us in multiple ways. Most of our customers work with us in a subscription based model, where they subscribe to the Meytier platform based on the number of open jobs they’d like us to support at all times. We also work in more traditional outcome based models (like a search agency) for clients who have lower volumes or prefer to engage in that way. In either model, you will get submissions of qualified candidates through our platform, your internal application tracking system, or email - whichever you prefer. You can click Get Started on our home page. This will bring you to a Sign up screen where you can sign up using Linkedin, Gmail, or Sign up with an Email.
This is an easy and quick way to sign up. When you choose to sign up using your LinkedIn account, you will be redirected to your LinkedIn to enter your username and password. Once that’s finished- an account with your name and email will be created in our portal
If you choose to sign up with email- you can either log in with your Gmail account or create an account manually. To create an account manually, please enter your name, email address and create a password and click Sign up. A verification link will be sent to you via the email address provided. When you click on the verification link in the email, your account will be activated and you will be redirected to our sign-up questions to complete your profile. Please note that the verification link will be active only for 24 hrs.
No worries! Just re-register on our website and you’ll get a new one.
Yes! We use your email address to send all future communication regarding your applications, as well as job recommendations from new postings on our website. We want to make sure we have the correct contact info for you.
Completing your profile means providing information such as your job preferences, your location, your resume and skills, and your interests. All these things help our Meytier Champions understand who you are and what kind of jobs you’re looking for. The more information you provide us with the better we can support you in your job search!
Under job preferences, you can select your preferred job title, location, proximity, experience level, and expected salary. Meytier allows you to set multiple combinations of job title and location. Based on this data, we will send you job recommendations via email or phone and the jobs recommendations will also show up on My Dashboard as ‘Jobs you may like’.
Your Dashboard displays new jobs, blogs, your job search preferences, jobs you’ve bookmarked, and jobs that you’ve applied to.
Using Meytier as a job seeker is absolutely Free of Cost. Companies pay us to find them great talent, so we absolutely never charge job seekers for any of the services we provide. We will never ask for payment information or other sensitive information.
Of course! You can absolutely create a profile even if you are not immediately looking for a job. When you sign up, you can indicate whether you’re actively looking or not. You can still follow companies, read our blogs, browse jobs, and choose to receive recommendations if you’re interested.

No, your information is completely safe and secure with us. We do not share any information with third parties.
When you create an account on Meytier.com using your Gmail or LinkedIn, we just export your name and email address. No other information is linked.
You can! Go to your “Account Settings” page and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Meytier will delete any data associated with your account and remove you from our email lists. Please reach out to us at contactus@meytier.com if you have any questions.
All emails from Meytier associates will come from an email ending in “@meytier.com”. Regardless, if something ever seems off, go ahead and forward it to us at contactus@meytier.com and we’ll let you know if it’s legit or not.
