We’re looking for a driven and consultative Client Relationship Manager to lead sales and account growth for our hiring solutions. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and positioning our talent solutions to meet strategic workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business leaders at mid-size to enterprise clients
- Identify client hiring challenges and position our platform/services as a strategic solution
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Partner with internal delivery and marketing teams to deliver client value and drive adoption
- Monitor client satisfaction, usage trends, and renewal opportunities
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through new client acquisition and upsell opportunities
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or client management, preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment, or Talent Solutions
- Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling
- Strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle and talent acquisition landscape
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with a passion for helping clients solve complex hiring challenges
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with subscription-based platforms or SaaS offerings
- Familiarity with enterprise sales or long-cycle deal environments
