Cloud Application Development Lead - LAM - US

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Development Lead (LAM) to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on cloud expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud application development and modernization initiatives
• Design scalable architectures on platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Drive microservices, containerization, and DevOps best practices
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins
• Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker
• Ensure security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in application development; 3+ years leading cloud teams
• Strong experience in Java / .NET / Python / Node.js
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native architectures and REST APIs
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications

• AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud Architect Certifications
• Kubernetes Certification
