Overview
We are seeking a seasoned consulting leader to lead and manage the programs and services portfolio for a strategic account. This position is a full-time permanent role with full benefits.
An Individual ensures that programs and services are provided in alignment with the account’s Vision, Mission, Values and Strategic Directives using an innovative approach that promotes excellence in service delivery. The Associate Director of delivery is a contributing member of the Leadership Team in the account and works closely with other leaders in planning and managing account’s growth. The Director oversees existing programs, services and develops new programs based on identified business needs within budget and with quality. This role works with the customer’s stakeholder in defining the future roadmap and its planning, execution and governance. What You Need To Have
Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience in a professional software development and consulting environment
Experience working in the Financial services or Audit is a plus
A proven track record managing $10M+ revenue software development/delivery portfolio and the large teams distributed globally in the onshore-offshore delivery model.
Excellent written/oral communication skills with a strong ability and high comfort level for direct-to-client communications
Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills
Demonstrated skills in facilitation, teamwork, and leadership.
Azure cloud experience in Azure data lake and Synapse.
Extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale audit or financial projects, preferably within a global professional services environment.

member of the Leadership Team in the account and works closely with other leaders in planning and managing account’s growth.</p><p>The Director oversees existing programs, services and develops new programs based on identified business needs within budget and with quality.</p><p>This role works with the customer’s stakeholder in defining the future roadmap and its planning, execution and governance.</p><p>This position plays a key role in promoting a positive, progressive, innovative, vibrant and healthy workplace culture.</p><p>Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring resource optimization and milestones achievement.</p><p>Manage the delivery of project(s). </p><p>Working with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to define and establish project objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as applicable and aligned with the delivery strategy. </p><p>Producing well-defined technical delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence, milestones, and delivery timelines. </p><p>Manage project scope on an ongoing basis using documented change management techniques. </p><p>Manage, motivate, and lead distributed teams in an onshore-offshore setup. </p><p>Engage with the team/leads daily to proactively identify potential risks and put a mitigation plan in place for resolving the risks.</p><p>Escalate to appropriate stakeholders wherever applicable.</p><p>Lead technical solutioning with the architects. </p><p>Ability to test the product and represent its functionality in front of the customer </p><p>Present Open-Source software requirements with the relevant groups. </p><p>Drive regular working group and solution sessions with key stakeholders within technology, business, and infrastructure/CICD /DevOps groups to identify and track actions effectively to support the delivery plan. </p><p>Driving discussions to socialize technical design and integration approaches with cross-impacted dependent applications teams. </p><p>Managing and tracking team’s tasks and activities to ensure quality and delivery against the plan including identifying and managing critical dependencies and coordinating with key stakeholders to address issues as applicable and required to ensure the delivery of project objectives and deliverables. </p><p>Provide weekly status reporting on sprint progress, planning, requirements gathering, and development progress against the project plan. </p><p>Overseeing “Go-Live” preparations, including creating activity checklists, and runbooks and managing post-implementation activities collaboratively with stakeholders (deployment support, issue resolution
