Desired profile:

  • 4 years of experience in investor services 
  • 1 years of people management experience 
  • Experience with standard services activities including treasury, LP onboarding, compliance KYC/AML, investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery and other ancillary activities 
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills 
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities 
  • Experience training and coaching junior team members 
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying close to the details 
  • Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions

Key responsibilities:

  •  Hire, train and lead a team of investor service generalists across a broad suite of Treasury and Services activities including distribution/redemption payments, contribution reconciliation, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery and more 
  • Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction 
  • Review the teamʼs staffing and project board(s) to ensure requests are handled promptly and accurately 
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy 
  • Identify and flag areas of improvement in our processes and procedures 
  • Build systems and process to ensure we are tracking important team and customer-data

Compensation: 18 LPA
