Commercial Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Own the P&amp;L for the Data &amp; Analytics practice, ensuring top-line and margin growth.</li><li>Partner with GTM, sales, and alliance teams to drive pipeline, lead generation, and deal conversion.</li><li>Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and data governance tool vendors (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>Capability Development &amp; Team Building</strong></p><ul><li>Scale capabilities across&nbsp;<strong>data engineering, data architecture, BI &amp; visualization, metadata management, MDM, data lineage and governance</strong>.</li><li>Hire, mentor, and retain senior leadership and SMEs across technical and domain areas.</li><li>Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous upskilling aligned with evolving client needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Solutioning &amp;
