We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that are scalable, secure, and high-performing. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps.
Lead architectural discussions and help shape technical direction.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Review and approve code changes from peers through pull requests.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.
Continuously improve development processes and code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core).
Deep understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficient in Git and modern software development workflows.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Background in security, performance optimization, or testing frameworks.
