About the Role:
The Director of Sales and Enrollment position is a full-time employment opportunity. The Director will have a strong ownership mindset to drive revenue growth via inbound sales while building and supporting sales operations. You will represent the brand and be at the forefront of the sales process. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the luxury consumer with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, and track record of success.
Skills:
5-7 years’ experience of doing inbound sales in a service-focused category with sales cycles of less than 1-3 months
A proven track record of results-oriented success and/or phenomenal customer service experience
Ability to understand industry trends and challenges, market dynamics and translate them into solutions and/or offerings that exceed expectations and result in a positive return on investment.
Strong negotiation skills
Flexibility – Whatever it takes to get the job done!!
The ability to work in a team environment (must play nice in the sandbox!).
A global mindset is very important. The candidate needs to be comfortable speaking with clients all over the world and understand the challenges of applying to a US college as an international student.
Responsibilities:
Lead a consultation call (inbound) with parents and students to understand needs, educate and advise on the organization's offerings
Drive timely follow-ups to keep the pulse on prospects’ decision-making process and help them decide on choosing the organization
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Experiment with different sales and follow-up strategies–you must have the ability to try new directions and be willing to expand service offerings
Work closely with marketing and mentoring teams to drive cross-team efforts to maximize business opportunities as well as ensure best in the class experience
Proactively contact clients to discuss mentoring and tutoring renewal options as well as potentially identifying upsell opportunities to existing clients
Utilize tools for the organization of leads, email templates, and all communication with prospective clients
Maintain excellent data integrity by updating contact information, lead status, deal stage, meeting outcomes, and notes
Prepare invoices and service agreements for new and existing clients
Handle new student onboarding and customer support as needed
Keep a pulse on the market and competitive landscape while working directly with the VP of Enrollment on setting the right offerings
Compensation range:
Base + No cap on Commissions: $100K-160K+ Commissions (paid out monthly)
