Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Management: Oversee and manage the deployment of kiosk/POS systems across multiple locations in the US.
  • Client Coordination: Work closely with the client's project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with hardware partners and implementation partners to ensure seamless deployment and integration of the kiosk/POS systems.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the in-house remote support team, ensuring they are aligned with the project's goals and are providing timely support.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring that all parties are on track and informed of any changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or challenges that arise during the deployment process, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the project, highlighting any potential risks or challenges.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale hardware deployments, preferably in the Kiosk/POS industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)

Compensation: Up to Rupees 18LPA
