Responsibilities:
Deployment Management: Oversee and manage the deployment of kiosk/POS systems across multiple locations in the US.
Client Coordination: Work closely with the client's project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with hardware partners and implementation partners to ensure seamless deployment and integration of the kiosk/POS systems.
Team Management: Lead and manage the in-house remote support team, ensuring they are aligned with the project's goals and are providing timely support.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring that all parties are on track and informed of any changes.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or challenges that arise during the deployment process, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the project, highlighting any potential risks or challenges.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
