Engage with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and priorities. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, to provide guidance and prioritize product features. Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process. Translating business requirements into concrete technical specifications and user stories. Creating a product road map based on business vision and related requirements. Works closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and quality, and with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals. Identifies and manages technical debt to ensure the product remains maintainable and scalable. Helps prioritize features and manage the product backlog, considering technical feasibility and business value. Facilitates communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including the product owner, development team, and other departments.
