About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing global IT services and solutions provider with a strong focus on digital transformation and scale. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition leader to head Global Leadership Hiring, responsible for building world-class leadership teams across geographies, service lines, and industry verticals.

This is a highly strategic role that partners closely with the CxOs, and business leadership to shape the company's leadership pipeline and support long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead global leadership hiring across executive and senior management levels (Director, VP, SVP, EVP, and leadership roles)
  • Define and execute the global strategy for leadership talent acquisition aligned with the company's growth priorities and succession plans
  • Partner closely with the CxOs, and business heads to understand leadership needs and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes
  • Build and manage a strong internal executive search and leadership hiring team
  • Lead end-to-end executive hiring, including market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer closure
  • Develop strong relationships with external search firms and manage strategic search partnerships
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion goals across leadership hiring globally
  • Establish robust governance, metrics, and best practices for executive hiring across regions

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant focus on leadership and executive hiring within IT services, consulting, or large global organizations
  • Proven experience leading global executive hiring programs across multiple geographies
  • Strong understanding of IT services business models, industry verticals, and leadership roles
  • Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives, Board members, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and scaling leadership hiring teams in fast-growth environments
  • Deep commitment to advancing diverse leadership pipelines
