About the role:

Mphasis is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to scale and grow our Salesforce practice, managing a $60M–$100M business with a focus on expanding services revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong industry network, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.


Desired Profile:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and practice leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth in services revenue.
  • Experience managing a $50mm to $100M+ book of business.
  • Strong hunting mindset with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and well-connected within the Salesforce network.
  • Experience working with large SI (System Integrator) partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales within Financial Services and Healthcare industries.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and scale sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of 5–10 high-performing sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and growth plan to scale the Salesforce practice.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding client relationships and hunting for new opportunities.
  • Manage a book of business exceeding $100M, ensuring profitability and client success.
  • Build strong partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem and large SI (System Integrator) partners to drive new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise clients, particularly in Financial Services and Healthcare.
  • Leverage deep industry connections to drive new business opportunities.
