You will install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><p>• Manage endpoints via Intune and identity management through Entra ID.</p><p>• Manage corporate workstation mobile device management (MDM) and workstation security</p><p>• Provide IT service desk support including change requests, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, equipment management, and break/fix support</p><p>• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking</p><p>• Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals</p><p>• Monitors transactions regularly to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement.</p><p>• Manage network printers, televisions, and conference rooms • This is a 5 days a week, in-office job.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor's degree</p><p>• 5 years of IT administration experience in Financial Services and/or broker dealer</p><p>• Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and Microsoft Admin Centers</p><p>• Expert knowledge of macOS and Windows 10 &amp;
