Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to shape and lead the people agenda for North America, supporting a workforce of 2,000+ employees across the delivery organization including employees from recent acquisitions.


This role combines strategic leadership with deep operational ownership. The Head of HR for North America will act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership while remaining closely involved in execution—building scalable HR systems, strengthening talent and performance practices, and ensuring the organization is ready for the next phase of growth, integration, and complexity.


The role will leverage offshore and near-shore shared services, while maintaining strong local leadership and accountability.


Skills:

  • 15–20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant responsibility in North America.
  • Strong background supporting large delivery, technology, or professional services organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic HR leader while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
  • Deep knowledge of US HR practices, labor laws, and compliance; LATAM exposure is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing HR through high-growth, transformation, and acquisition-led environments.
  • Track record of building scalable HR systems, teams, and processes.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a core member of the North America HR leadership ecosystem, partnering with regional and global leaders to drive business outcomes through people strategy.
  • Shape and execute a regional HR roadmap aligned to growth, acquisition, and delivery strategy.

HR Operations, Systems & Scale

  • Own end-to-end HR operations for North America, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Lead the evolution of HR systems, processes, and data, enabling better workforce planning, insights, and decision-making.
  • Ensure robust compliance with US employment law and applicable regulations, partnering with Legal and global HR.

Talent, Performance & Leadership Development

  • Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership pipelines for the delivery organization.
  • Own regional performance management and talent review processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and accountability for outcomes.
  • Partner with global COEs to deliver learning, leadership, and capability-building initiatives tailored to regional needs.

Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture

  • Lead the regional employee engagement and culture agenda, translating insights into tangible actions that improve retention and performance.
  • Strengthen the employee value proposition and employee experience across the lifecycle.
  • Act as a visible, credible HR leader during critical employee matters, escalation handling, and leadership coaching.

HR Operating Model & Team Leadership

  • Design and optimize the regional HR operating model, balancing local HR leadership with offshore and near-shore shared services.
  • Personally stay close to execution while building a high-performing local HR team (3–4 members).
  • Drive efficiency, quality, and accountability across HR service delivery.
