PGS Head of Strategy & Business Enablement, reporting to the VP PGS, is a high impact leadership role. The role’s key responsibilities entail design and execution of the PGS strategy, owning end-to-end Entity and performance governance, and driving PGS wide strategic horizontal outcomes by influencing relevant leadership teams across the Enterprise. Qualifications-Certifications-Relevant Work Experience
Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 20 years professional experience in BFSI IT/ITeS industry managing and leading shared services operations.
Strong track record of the relevant experience in a GCC setting (preferably of a large financial services organization).

End-to-end ownership of the PGS strategy roadmap, from design to execution.
Translate PGS strategy into actionable execution plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Enable entity-wide alignment on strategic imperatives through structured planning, governance, and execution cadence.
Lead strategic planning cycles, annual operating plans, and leadership reviews.
Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on execution progress and performance.
Ability to demonstrate big picture thinking with hands on experience.
PGS Program Management
Lead and oversee PGS-level strategic projects and initiatives.
Oversee program lifecycles, from conception and planning through execution and evaluation.
Establish strong program governance & execution discipline.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across complex, cross-functional programs.
Drive outcomes by establishing and leading relevant leadership forums and reviews
Financial and Budget Stewardship
Provide oversight for site-level budget governance, financial discipline, and cost optimization.
Partner with Finance to monitor spend, resource allocation, and financial performance.
Drive transparency, accountability, and rigor in financial planning and execution.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Management
Own BCP and operational resilience for PGS.
Lead crisis preparedness, simulations, and response activation in partnership with the teams.
Ensure continuity plans are embedded, tested, and effective across functions.
Act as a central coordination point during crisis situations.
Partner with relevant teams within PGS and across Enterprise to ensure effective planning and execution.
Shared Services Team Leadership
Subject matter expert in building and leading shared services portfolios of multiple and diverse business lines and have a good understanding of systems and technology to manage end-to-end business offshoring / outsourcing operations.
Provide leadership to multi-function Shared Services delivery teams, partnering with relevant Functional Leaders across the Enterprise.
Drive operational excellence, productivity and modernization.
