We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Partner to lead client engagement and revenue growth within the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH) vertical. Based in Chicago, this role will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, expanding existing relationships, and driving digital transformation initiatives for clients through our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business development capabilities with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for strategic TTH clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
Understand client business strategies and align IT services to support their digital transformation goals.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Own and drive revenue growth within assigned TTH accounts.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across application services, cloud, data & analytics, AI, and digital engineering offerings.
Develop and execute account plans to expand footprint and wallet share.
Industry Expertise
Leverage deep understanding of the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industry to identify emerging technology opportunities.
Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients around digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage sales forecasts accurately.
Track account performance metrics and regularly report on revenue growth and client engagement outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in IT services sales, account management, or client partner roles.
Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts in the Travel, Transportation, or Hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud, data analytics, AI/ML, enterprise platforms, and modern application development.
Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar deals and long-term client partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
