The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Power BI, and will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end data engineering and analytics solutions.</p><p>Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p>Architect and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services.</p><p>Should have excellent experience in building the business consumption layer by understanding the reporting needs.</p><p>Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics using Power BI.</p><p>Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.</p><p>Provide technical leadership to offshore development teams and mentor junior engineers.</p><p>Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.</p><p>Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.</p><p>Soft skills/other
