The Customer Success Lead will own strategic client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, measurable business outcomes, and long-term account growth. This role acts as the single-threaded owner for customer satisfaction, value realization, and proactive risk management across key accounts.
Skills:
Proven experience in Customer Success, Engagement Management, and Agile Delivery in IT services
Extensive Experience working with Global Teams, especially India based Delivery Teams
Strong executive presence with experience managing CXO-level stakeholders
Background in Digital Transformation / Digital Engineering, Data, Cloud, or AI-led programs preferred
Sound Understanding of AI led Engineering practices, measures and value creation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding, program kick-offs, and ongoing success governance for strategic accounts.
Own customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS) and drive continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning solutions to business outcomes
Work closely with Delivery Owners to Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure “First Time Right” delivery
Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Practice teams to drive account expansion and renewals
Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence delivery excellence and innovation
