Job Description:


The Customer Success Lead will own strategic client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, measurable business outcomes, and long-term account growth. This role acts as the single-threaded owner for customer satisfaction, value realization, and proactive risk management across key accounts.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Engagement Management, and Agile Delivery in IT services
  • Extensive Experience working with Global Teams, especially India based Delivery Teams
  • Strong executive presence with experience managing CXO-level stakeholders
  • Background in Digital Transformation / Digital Engineering, Data, Cloud, or AI-led programs preferred
  • Sound Understanding of AI led Engineering practices, measures and value creation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills


Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding, program kick-offs, and ongoing success governance for strategic accounts.
  • Own customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS) and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning solutions to business outcomes
  • Work closely with Delivery Owners to Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure “First Time Right” delivery
  • Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Practice teams to drive account expansion and renewals
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence delivery excellence and innovation
  • Coach and Mentor next level of Delivery Leaders
