We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs for our client. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the system
Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
