The ADM will be responsible for overseeing the production support of infrastructure, middleware, and automation processes. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage account delivery effectively while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of infrastructure management, with a focus on delivering results that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the infrastructure production support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Oversee middleware operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance across systems.
Implement and manage automation processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Manage account delivery, ensuring that all client requirements are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven expertise in account delivery management.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure management principles and practices.
Experience with middleware technologies and their integration.
Proficiency in automation tools and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:
