We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and driving continuous improvement across service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional and global teams
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams for resource planning and forecasting

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Experience in managing large accounts or programs
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in global environments
  • Exposure to transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Certification in ITIL or related frameworks
