We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and driving continuous improvement across service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Lead and mentor cross-functional and global teams
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams for resource planning and forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
8–12+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
Experience in managing large accounts or programs
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in global environments
Exposure to transformation and process improvement initiatives
